Missed Appointments

Birdies & Bogeys t/a Golf Simulation Centre is not responsible for missed appointments or bookings. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for sessions missed by the client for any reason. By booking, you indemnify the Golf Simulation Centre against any claims or losses resulting from missed appointments.

Punctuality

Clients must adhere strictly to their booked time slots. Due to the nature of back-to-back scheduling, late arrivals will not be compensated with additional time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure a full session.

Supervision of Minors

The Golf Simulation Centre is not a child care facility. All minors under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. We reserve the right to refuse access to unaccompanied minors.

Private Coaching Disclaimer

All private coaches at the Golf Simulation Centre operate as independent contractors. Participation in coaching sessions is entirely at your own risk. Birdies & Bogeys accepts no responsibility for the conduct, advice, or outcomes of any coaching session.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required prior to confirming a booking. We do not accept cash. Payment must be made via EFT through our online portal or via card at the premises.

Liability Waiver

By attending any session, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with using our facilities. You release and indemnify Birdies & Bogeys t/a Golf Simulation Centre, Westlake Lifestyle Centre, and all staff or contractors from any liability for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property;
• Injury or death arising from use of equipment, negligence, other clients, or your own actions;
• Any financial or legal claims resulting from your use of the facility.

You also agree to cover the cost of any damage caused by you or your guests to property or equipment, including any legal fees incurred by the Centre to recover such costs.

Technology Malfunctions

While we strive to maintain equipment in optimal condition, occasional technical issues may occur. We cannot be held liable for time lost due to such malfunctions, nor will refunds be issued on this basis.

Safety Notice

All guests, including non-players, must stay clear of the designated play areas at all times. Players must follow all safety instructions provided by staff. Any damage to equipment caused by improper use will be charged to the client in full.

Media Release

From time to time, we may photograph or record video footage during sessions. By entering the premises, you grant us permission to use such media for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, please notify staff before your session.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service, without refund, if a client:

• Is suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol;
• Displays aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behaviour;
• Poses a risk to staff or other guests.

Session Timing

Sessions begin at the scheduled time or immediately after a safety demonstration - whichever occurs first. We cannot extend sessions to accommodate late arrivals. Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and receive a briefing.

Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal items. Birdies & Bogeys t/a Golf Simulation Centre will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage of belongings brought onto the premises.

Complaints

Any issues must be reported to the duty manager before leaving the premises. Complaints submitted after departure will not be entertained.

Injuries

Participation in physical activities at the Centre carries inherent risks. By attending, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any injuries sustained by you or your guests and indemnify us against any claims arising from such injuries.
